Please note that due to the current coronavirus global pandemic, there will potentially be some significant disruption to the delivery process. Free Delivery On Orders Over £50
We offer a free delivery service on all orders over the value of £50 unless delivery is included in the price.
Standard delivery service is £7.95 and will be sent out when your order is produced. Delivery to the Highlands and islands is £10.99 and will be sent on a 2-4 day service depending on your location.
Due to the nature of our products being personalised we do not offer a returns policy if you have decided you do not want the product but only if your product is damaged.
We offer a comprehensive returns policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having at [email protected].
It is important that you include your order number, payment information and contact information. Please be as clear as possible regarding your return instructions. Please gather the item(s) you wish to return, including all packaging and, if possible, the original shipping box.
Refunds for the purchase price (does not include p&p) will be issued for products returned in reasonable condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.
My Tribal Passion will only pay the postage price for any goods that need to be resent due to a fault on our behalf.

If your goods have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please contact us at [email protected] or call us to arrange the return of the goods to us and the replacement/exchange. This must take place within 30 days of receipt. Incorrect/faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements are sent out. In this situation My Tribal Passion will accept postage charges based on a 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.
Please be sure to read all the terms and conditions below prior to processing a return.
For faulty goods:
- To qualify for a refund the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
- We quality control every item returned to us, once received it will be inspected and by our quality control department. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found.
Due to the personalised nature of our product items can only be returned if we have incorrectly produced your item and it varies from the pdf you accepted at point of purchase. If the item we have sent you is incorrect or different to that stated on your invoice, please return the item to us within 30 days where we will be happy to process an exchange. Returns may take up to 7 days to be processed after arriving with us. When your return has been processed for an exchange or replacement and the item is out of stock we will inform you by e-mail.
When ordering goods from My Tribal Passion for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your Country. The additional charge for customs clearance is the recipient's responsibility and we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
